
Who is 7x7 Experience?
7x7 Experience provides online ride-share training courses. Uber has partnered with them to train their drivers, specifically drivers that have been de-activated from the Uber platform due to low ratings. Drivers have the option to take 7x7's Quality Improvement course to get re-activated on Uber and drive again.
Project Summary
OBJECTIVE: Redesign 7x7 course landing page to remove barriers to course registration and increase conversion.
PROCESS: Audit current registration experience, conduct user research including usability testing and user interviews, and incorporate insights into the new design.

New users were asked to select between two course offerings in the middle of the registration flow (Step 4), which caused confusion. The following designs resolve this by introducing all of the course offerings up front on the Quality Improvement Course landing page.

Initially the sign in flow only included sign in with email and sign in with Google options. One pain point with email sign in users was that they forget their password. The addition of sign in with phone provides an alternative option that does not require creating a password.
